I've got an '88 28 SPL. I'm concerned about ethanol, and I would like to make the motor ethanol compliant. Is it any more complicated than changing the tank to pump and pump to carb fuel lines? Do the fittings need to be changed as well? Also, I can't seem to find a way to take off the lower cowl - is it a piece of the lower end of my motor?
