81 Johnson 4.5hp mods?

hey guys i have a 81 Johnson 4.5hp. does any one know if theres any mods that can be done to squeeze more hp out of those lil 2 stroke engines? is there a carb from one of the larger hp engines that i can swap out? and if not is it possible to bore it out some and put a domed piston in it to raise compression ect?

Probably better to sell it and find another one that you want, very little you could do to that one and really not worth it
