It's rusted pretty deep, I'll just replace it if I can get the replacement part.
I haven't been able to identify it in the provided microfiche's here on boats.net.

I'm not sure which model. But that looks to be part of the tilt\trim system. here is one of the 150's from that year. looks like part 13.

***...you're right...it looks to be the power trim / tilt motor housing.
