BOTH SPARK PLUGS WONT FIRE. ENGINE STOPPED LIKE THE SAFETY SWITCH WAS PULLED. TESTED SWITCH IT IS OK WILL THE MAGNETO CAUSE THIS PROBLEM. AND IF SO CAN ONE BE PURCHESED.PULL OF THE ROPE NO SPARK AT ALL ON BOTH PLUGS I THANK ANYONE FOR HELP THIS LITTLE MOTER IS MY BUDDY. any for sale out there

Mag parts are available, here is diagram 1987 E4RDHCUD Evinrude / Johnson Evinrude MAGNETO Diagram and Parts
Would have to test ignition components with a peak reading voltmeter as per service manual to see what part has failed.
