1989 evinrude flywheel

Hey guys need alittle help i have a 89 50hp that i can not get the flywheel to pop off. i have a pulley on it know for 3 days and with kroil oil sprayed on it and i even hit the top of the pulley with a small 3lb hammer and it stilll will not pop. i have never had one this tough in 15 years so does anyone have a suggestion?????

If the flywheel key is sheared it will be extremly hard to get off. You can use a heat gun to put a little heat on it.
