Help Troubleshoot Etec

Hello,

At the end of the Summer my motor started acting up. It seems to run ok in neutral. If you give it any throttle it starts to sputter and just puts along at a slow speed. Please see the video link. Any ideas? Thanks!

Need to have it checked with the computer diagnostic, could be locked into neutral overrev mode or safe mode.
