oil injection

On the E- tec motors,where does the oil get injected into the motor,what oil is used,does it pulse or continuous,is it computer controlled? Thanks

It is controlled by ECU, it injects oil into crankcase(the small hoses off of oil pump). The ECU is factory set for XD100 oil and that is best oil to use, check with your dealer that did setup to what oil they programed it for.
