1984 115hp Gear Drive HELP

The low end is takin water in the gear drive....where would this be leaking from? I don't believe it the drain/fill plugs...bushings from gear selector, upper plate gasket? Exhaust seal? How hard is it to replace the lower gaskets and seals?

It could be shift shaft seal, drive shaft seals or prop shaft seals, you would special tools to replace drive shaft and prop shaft seals.
