ve120txesb no start??

just had starter motor rebuilt and spins over fine.I have no starting of motor at this time.Motor is a new to me that was in budget and has good comp..At this time i can i dont know if the stator or power pack or timing coil or ignition coil is bad,or all of them.I can tell you that standing at back of boat looking at motor 2 plugs on left side dont fire and bottom right plug does not fire.The top right is the only one that i can see fire but is not a constant every time kind of fire.
How do i test to see what is bad?

p.s. i did test the kill circuit by unplugging it and that seems ok..

Well all those components can be tested except the power pack. You will require a service manual for the test proceedures. It is commen for the powerpack to go bad.

k thanks for the info.What manual would be for my motor or are they all the same??

Well i got it to fire off today the little grounding tabs madeonto the coils where coroded and not letting them get a good ground.Removed all coils and and cleand them and their mounts reinstalled and shot of gas in carbs and she came to life.
Only thing now is that i did not see any water from the little piss hole on the side so i shut it back down till i guess install new water pump.
