interchangeable parts

Hello, I am having a very dificult time finding part #s for different years of motors. I am independant and dont like to bother other people but this is frustrating. I have a 1989 200hp evinrude vindicator on my boat and i bought a 1993 150hp evinrude motor for parts. It looks like the electronics are the same and the main reason was for the electric primer. My question is, what is the eaisest way to find out which parts are interchangeable. By the looks of the primer they look the same. thanks

There's not any easy way of doing it on web site except to compare each model motor, the V-6 primer were the same from 1991-1994 and partnumber superseded and then stayed same until 1999.
