IHAVE A EVINRUDE 40 hp ELECT. START POWER TILT 1991. I have a gray subtance comming out the prop area looks like oil mix with water. What could be the problem engine lacked power and top speed . before this happen
It happen when i Was flushing engine .

It sounds like your lower unit is leaking oil. This would not cause power failure, but can cause lower unit failure.
