Prop size question, newbie

I just got a late model riviera cruiser 24ft with a 1976 35hp evinrude motor on it the prop is a 10 1/2 with 11 pitch. which i thinking i need a 11" with a 9 pitch what is your take on this.



i know a bigger motor would be nice but this will have to do this year.
