In 2008 I set up a new boat, Fishing 24 feet, and rigged with two engines of the brand Evinrude E115DPXSC model, serial number 05,237,499 and 0,522,893. With two months of use had a problem in one engine, which according to the representative of Bombardier, Kadumarine, two "jets" have made default, requiring their replacement. I got the boat stop waiting for the parts that were not in stock, or in Kadumarine and not at Bombardier in Brazil, for a period of almost 3 months.
Two months after corrected the problem, again one of the engines had the same kind of problem, "nozzle", was another month without being able to use the boat. In November 2009, I was fishing 45 miles off the coast when I was surprised at the alarm and an engine, and guess what the problem? Nozzle. To my surprise the other engine was operating fully with the changes, accelerating and decelerating alone in the same way. Again I stopped 20 days. In last December 23 of the engines did not start and the problem is diagnosed the starter. I am with the boat parade!
In a year and two months, I was unable to use the boat for problems in the engines for about 5 months in addition to the present.
Is there a problem with the engines E-Tec 115 manufactured in 2008? Where do I go to have a definitive answer? Pesco regularly a distance of 35 to 40 miles from the coast, I'm losing confidence in the engines and they have not completed one year of use if you count the time stopped, do I turn
