Hello!
Small background:
The motor has been bought with not turning bent shaft, after that has been completely dis***embled and
it is built. At start there is no idling, the motor is started only on an open throttle.
At start gains and holds RPM only from 850. Start is simplified by correction of mix on rich by means of the Evinrude program (see a photo). New spark plugs have been established, the situation hasn't changed. A spark plug of black color after several starts on an open throttle (see a photo)
At the running engine it is impossible to begin the movement, at inclusion speeds engine is turn off at once. P***es tests of oil and fuel pumps successfully. Also takes a test of fuel system when fuel nozzles are serially disconnected. I removed a hose from a steam separator - there are no leaks. Also the vacuum pump has been replaced (it was not new). The sensor of neutral situation disconnected – doesn't influence work in any way.
I apply a photo and materials on operation of the engine.
In this regard there are questions:
1) Perhaps, a mechanical part is incorrectly collected? (pistons, valve, etc.)
2) The problem with air supply or fuels can?
3) Whether there can be a problem in the electric block of safety locks? (contacts on the relay I cleaned, the problem hasn't left)
In what can be a problem? Prompt if who faced it
