What Kind of Oil Do You Use

I know every manufacturer wants you to use their 2 stroke oil, but I found a great deal on Plews Lubrimatic synthetic blend that they say will not void the manufacturers warranty. Any thoughts

If warranty poses a concern, it is strongly suggested that you check with the factory consumer/customer service department before using an off brand oil.

Most oils are of top quality... BUT... should that engine blow... well, you know how that battle goes.

Talked to a dealer because I saw 3 different Johnson Evinrude oils, straight conventional oil, synthetic blend, and full synthetic. The dealer said I should be using the synthetic blend.
