I have an etec 90 hp. It starts fine and idols fine. When I put it in gear and get to 1800 rpm, it spits and sputters bad. Kinda like a rev limiter. I've never had an issue w/ the motor. It's an 07'. Brand new plugs last summer. Any ideas what the problem is?
