Motor Swap

My 2007 115hp Etech has blown up 390hrs. Boat can handle 200hp looking at a 2000 200hp Johnson Carburated engine to put on the boat now. Has had compression test was removed for repowering marina says was a good motor. Not sold due to 25" shaft and that is what I need. I am upgrading steering to dual cable. Questions if anyone knows.
1.will the electronics plug in or will it require re wiring?
2. Should I remove VRO and just go with mixed gas? Heard oil light only monitors oil tank not VRO.
