is the Evinrude pilot throttle system ambidextrous

I have posted this before just changed a few thing to see if i can get any help

I am building a boat and it's a center console I have a evinrude pilot throttle system which is for the starboard side but I'm wanting to mount it on the starboard side of my console which it would have to be rotated which would put the controls backwards. Is this system ambidextrous? Thanks in advance
