It's someone apparently in Vietnam selling something and making a nuisance of himself. I've tried to contact him to no avail and also have attempted to contact the webmaster to have him block this individual.... I think the webmaster is on vacation.

I just checked again and see that the "salesman" has disappeared. I guess the webmaster is back and took care of the problem.
