Exact year for model 3012?

Hey everyone, I'm wondering if there is a way to find the exact year my motor was built? All my searches keep pointing to a year range of 1952-1954, but I was hoping to find an exact year. I've noticed slight variations in decals and carb knobs on various 3012 motors. My model number is 3012-37009. I also haven't figured out anything on the second set of numbers and what they mean. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
