2001 4stroke 70hp overheating

alarm went off with muffs weak stream coming out . Changed pump still overheating, need a little help. Thanks

I retired in 1991 so my knowledge of the 4 stroke 70hp is zilch, however.......

On a flushette, the water mush be turned on full force, and the first thing to do is to double check your work as small oversights happen.
