Will not start after running

I have a 1998 9.9 four stroke. Off the trailer the motor runs perfect. Go down the lake 15 min. Shut off to fish. After 15 -20 mins. Theres no spark. Will not start. Wait an an hour approx. And it fires up and is good til next time we shut it off. HELP!!!!!!please. New carb and new coil pack
