evirude fitch not start

i have 2000 evirude 150 hp fitch. the engine was running but now it stop. i could not start it. it seem start do not want to engage like something to cut it off. when i take out all the plug the engine turn. but when i put in all plug, it just go clikkk then stop. it is not try to turn the engine. if someone know please let's me know

Bad connection between battery and cables?

Bad connection at the starter?

battery is good, if i take out spark plug the engine is turn but when put spark plug on, it could not turn engine
