2003 Tilt/trim pump and motor replacement??

I am replacing my entire trim/tilt pump and motor on my 2003 200hp Evinrude.
I am looking to see what kind or brand of fluid should I use as well as how much do I need to purchase.

Of course you can purchase the proper fluid at any dealership... BUT... many boaters simply use automotive transmission fluid.
