how to trim a evinrude 10xp to 15xp?

i tried to remove the plate betveen the engine and the carburetur, but seems to be too little fuel when i try running it. any tip? sorry for bad writing. im from norway

Put it back together properly. Then sell your 10xp. Then go purchase the 15xp.

It's as simple as that.
