I need some help, i was running down the river at full throttle then my motor lost rpms enough to stay on top but that was it would not go full throttle. When i slowed down it was idleing real rough and would not stay running and barely got back on top. I went home cleaned the jets and all even put new fuel lines and cleaned the the fuel pump. It is running slightly better, I don't know what else to check or do please help! Compression is 94 on both cylinders too.

Check for spark at each plug, a timing light that clips on the plug wire is the easiest method. But it sounds like you aren't getting spark on one plug?

Check to make sure your coil pack(s) wires haven't come loose? Or, maybe a bare spot on the wire that might cause it to touch ground? This would act like a kill switch for that cylinder if it touches ground.
