compression test on 1975 evinrude strangler is 159 159 155 146 is that ok and is it hard to rebuild carbs

The rule is, no more than 10% difference between cylinders, properly tested.

Rebuilding carbs is easy if you know what you're doing, but if you don't, you can mess them up easily too.
