Hello I have an evinrude 1970 85 hp 85 85093 D and I have plenty of amps at the terminal block I have new plugs but can't get all 4 plugs to spark after the coils is it possible all 4 coils have gone at once? is there a way I can test the coils without taking them out?

You should be able to test coils, but probably need to get a service manual. Or try and google your problem, there might be some videos online for older outboards. It is possible that it might be something other than the coils, maybe stator, or timing coil, or a bare wire grounding out for those coils, etc.
