No water coming out of the cooling tube. Replaced the water pump kit and still nothing. Tried to clear the lines and was able to blow air through the water intake before it enters the engine. Kind of at my wits end here...

    Any suggestions?

is this in a tank, the water or do you have muffs or hose attachment? Might try hooking up a positive flow, muffs or hose attachment to force water in rather than draw water. If forced water goes through like the air does then I'd say something was not ***embled correctly.

I have it in a tank for testing. I will hook up a hose and see what forced water does for me. Thanks very much for the suggestion.

Took it all apart and put it back together again... no water out the cooling tube. Then I took off the upper water line just before it goes to the engine, started it up and voila, water out the tube. So.... it is going in the motor but not coming out!!!

        Any suggestions?

Well, you've narrowed down the blockage, now to figure out how to clear it!

Check thermostat. May be stuck shut? Blow compress air through pee hole with thermostat out.

Try heavy monofilament line up pee tube while running?

Does sound like blockage. May need to run a corrosion/ chemical flush through area of blockage, or open and clean manually by scrapping.

            Good luck.
