Tilt trim removal

I have an 88 model GT 150 evinrude engine . The t/t motor has gone out . What is the best way to get the t/t motor off the engine ?

Have you tested the electrical, to make sure you are getting power to the tilt motor, some tilt switches and solenoids cause many problems on tilt systems. Be sure before removal.
