1997 200 Vindicator

I'm a current owner of a 1989 150xp and I'm looking at re powering my 20ft Concord Mach II.

My question is about a 200 Vindicator vs a standard 200hp outboard of the same era. What are the differences, if any?

I've also considered a 2003 225 HO. I'd like to hear pros and cons of each.
