Hi all just wondering if I could get some help on this one ,I've got a evinrude 1984 E70TLCRD and would like to know how you tell the difference between the 15' and 20' transom gearbox models as I want to replace the water pump impeller and this varies between the two gearboxes .Hope somebody can help.

If you click on the parts you want to purchase, it will show you that those impeller parts are used on both those transom mounts. The difference in the 15” & 20” transom mounts is the length of drive shaft and shift rods, the gearcase should also be the same. However, they usually add a 5” section above the gearcase for the 20” transom.
