Hi, does anyone know the exact tightening pattern for the head cover on a 1995 30hp evinrude 521cc engine. The head cover has to be removed to install a new thermostat and the manual instructions say to tighten starting in the center and use a crisscross pattern but it is difficult for me to figure out how to incorporate the thermostat boss bolts into a crisscross pattern. If anyone can give me a numbered sequence it would be very helpful. Thank you,Joel
