Stuck throttle
1984 4hp evinrude model e4brhcrm was stored in a damp place for 8 years. The throttle won't budge. Any ideas on ways to free it? I've pulled the flywheel to expose the ignition, but still can't determine where the throttle is hanging up. I've also doused the linkage liberally with blaster-no help.
