1997 e25reum wot cutting out

I have a 1997 25hp that will cut out at WOT. It acts like an electrical problem. It acts like the kill switch is being pushed. Come off full throttle and the ramp back up and it will run fine. It does this every time out.
I've replaced fuel pump, tank, fuel line. Can the kill switch be shorting out?

still doing it, help.

Any ideas, replaced kill switch, not it. Could the float be sticking? Anything other then an idle and it just spits and sputters. Any ideas?

In case anyone had a similar issue it was the cdi box. Traded her off today for a new motor.
