1994 E60TLERS 60 HP Stalls at idle and at below 2000 rpm

OK...compression great 120 on all 3... Spark great...Rebuilt carbs..idles around 800 smooth for 20 seconds then dies...rev to 1500 and runs for 45 seconds and dies...push primer when running and picks back up if caught in time...fuel pump looks good...pretty certain fuel prob but am I missing anything... Thanks
PS all 3 idle mixture screws are set at 3 turns out form bottom out...they were set at 5 turns before I rebuilt carbs...

Sounds like fuel pump diaphram

IMO. Although sounds like the fuel pump, it could also be your primer bulb line. Check the fuel tank, make sure your vent is open, and there are clamps on all hoses tight. unhook the tank motor side and prime the bulb, it should get hard and become impossible to squeeze. If bulb won't stiffen up check pickup tube in the tank for good connection or cracks, if ok get new hose/bulb ***embly. If bulb/hose/tank does seem fine rebuild fuel pump and set your carbs screws to 1.5turns out(give or take 1/4 turn to dial in. Best of luck.
