1995 70 HP E70TLEOR: Very strong on top end. Will not idle. Wants to idle only at about 750 rpm. This is about 1/8 in past mark on cam follower.Checked cam follower setting as per manual. Rebuilt carbs. Low idle circuit very clean. Carbs were very clean before rebuild. Changed out sour gas as engine probably set awhile before I bought it. Have not messed with idle timing. So close but cant quite get it to idle. Checked the setting on the idle screws with the base setting being 2 3/4 turns from bottom. Bottom carbeurator adjustment screw seems very loose compared to the top two carbs when adjusted out 2 3/4 turns.Any suggestions.
