How to adjust carb on 89 30hp evinrude.The only screw i see is on left side of carb,facing carb opening.That screw is open about 3 turns and if i turn it in it start to spit and almost die.Is this the air screw???? Also to start it cold i have a push key to choke do you have to hold it in at all or does it push gas instantly,how many times should i push to choke ??????Thanks
