hi guys hope you can help, i have a 1976 evinrude that i put a remote throotle system on and my throttle only moves about a 1/2 inch is this the way it is sepose to move or should it the intirety of the remote control, i have not had it in the water yet or tried to start it yet cause i dont want to mess my motor up. any help would be appreciated. ty danny
