1994 evinrude 140 hp upperengine

I am new to boating and my brother in law tore the top part of his engine to pieces trying to fix it. The mod# isE140TLERR.I know I need a powerhead and i do have the upper crankshaft head and bearing ***y (part#328620), starter (part#585060), power pack with multiple pieces attached ((CD4AL/67,)but I also need to know what else I need. Thanks to anyone that can help.

New powerhead will come with carnkshaft and bearings. so powerhead stater and power pack should do it.
