evinrude 250 e tec hot motor light and beep go on

Hey guys. I have a 250 etec. and light and beep will turn on after about 5 to8 mins running abot 2700 to 2900 rpms.

we have already replaced the 2 thermostats that it has.

boat has oil and is peeing perfect... but still turns on after a while....
engine loses power. and we have to lower rmps and then go up on speed..

it will run for a while.. and the same thing happens again...

any clue or suggestions??

Start with water pump, replace it if any doubts as to condition.
