no fuel thru carbuerator

2 small engines - 2 and 4 hp - I rebuilt the carbs and fuel getting in bowl but not thru carb and into cylinder. The motors were sruniiing great last season , then i put fuel additive , you know the stuff to add to Ethenol / gasoline to keep from ruining things. After the the winter, no run... so I rebuilt them

Now still no run.

Any ideas ?

If compression and reed valves are ok then must still have plugged p***ages or jets in carb.
