115HP Uncommanded tilt

My 2007 E-Tech tilts to full up uncommanded. While underway the motor started to cycle to full up. I cut the motor but the tilt motor continued to run. I had to disconnect the lead at the tilt switch on the motor to cut out the tilt motor. once reconnected evrything returned to normal. this is an inadvertant snag and has occurred twice thice year. I checked all leads and everything appears fine. Should I change the tilt relay on spec?

Thats usually a bad trim switch, possible has water in one of the switches.

Thanks. I sprayed both throttle and engine switches. I'll monitor the problem.
