Prop pitch on 7.5

I took the boat out to test it again and Iv noticed that when it won't throttle up if I turn and go with the current it'll start to shoot up on rpm and go full throttle fine. And when I run it in the barrel it rev up perfectly with and without the prop on. Could this be the wrong prop pitch?

Doesn't sound like prop pitch problem, boats normally slow down on turns. Check throttle linkage.
