checking into converting 30 hp

I am trying to figure out if is better to convert my 94 30 hp evinrude to electric start or to look at a new 2 or 4 stroke. I need to find out what is cost on kits for my E30RLERM. does going to a 25 or 30 hp 4 stroke add a lot of weight. But a new 2 stroke would be louder and be lease effecient for trolling. Any ideas Thanks
