70 HP Problem

Hi all thanks for this forum.

The problem I have is have fresh fuel, new fuel fittings etc. Fuel getting through as can see it in the clear inline unit. Cranks. fires, splutters then stops. Tried squeezing the bulb while cranking . No start.

I push the choke in on ignition and crank and it fires. Revs its ring out and then stalls.

Im thinking fuel as it has sparks .

Any ideas?

If choking will keep it running then need to remove and clean carbs.

keep choke in for around 5 second bursts. dont need the warm up lever.
check on side of engine that the red lever is going along the body of the electric choke unit !!!!! if its not going length ways there is your problem.
