Motor wont start

I have 2 x evenrude 90hp 2011 motors on my boat. While launching yesterday I slipped on tbe boat and pushed both controls full throttle. When I got up the one motor had stalled and would not start again. I played around with the control and checked the fuse, all is ok. The trim and tilt works but when you turn the key everything is dead. Can anyone suggest what I can do

Check fuses on engine? Move control lever back and forth while holding key in start position to see if neutral safety switch.
