1956 Lark carb rebuild

Howdy. Newbie here. Rebuilding the carb on my old 1956 30 horse Lark, electric start/choke. Noticed some type of old school packing material in low/high speed adjusters. Would be shocked if that came in my new carb kit. Where can I find this packing?

Also, is the choke solenoid and starter 6 or 12 volt?
