My 2008 Evinrude E-Tech idles fine but only last about 30secs at half or full throttle before stalling, I have to quickly bring it back to idle. I've changed fuel, fuel lines, primer bulb. Gotta be something else wrong, please give me a clue; otherwise I have to take it to the Evinrude Mech 40miles away for diags.
