1998 Evinrude 25hp (3cyl) no fire to plugs

I am the original owner of a 1998 Evinrude 25HP (3cyl - E25KLECA) that has maybe 30 hours on it. Last time I used it (about a year ago), it ran fine. Attempted to start it yesterday and had no fire to plugs, except intermittent fire to #2. This motor is stored year-around in my enclosed workshop, not exposed to the elements. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should check?
